    Tell us what you need by WhatsApp or email. A floor plan, photos or development reference can be sent later if available; none is required to start.

    We review the layout and your priorities and confirm the most suitable route.

  3. 03

    We confirm products and conditions and, when access and location allow, can verify measurements before the order becomes firm.

  4. 04

    We can reserve and keep the order in our own warehouse during the usual wait for keys; exceptionally long delays are agreed individually.

  5. 05

    Authorised access is coordinated with you or the person, agent, developer or builder you name.

  6. 06

    Our in-house team delivers and assembles the furniture on the agreed date.

  7. 07

    If you are not in Spain, we can send photographs or video of the completed installation.

  8. 08

    We remain available after delivery and manage replacement when a piece arrives damaged or defective.
