TODOMUEBLE · COSTA BLANCA
The keys are here. You are not. Yet.
Arrange furniture delivery to your Costa Blanca home with an estate agent or authorised key holder, while keeping the decisions in your hands.
Physical shop in Guardamar. You can start without a floor plan; photographs and measurements can follow when needed.

You can already picture breakfast on the terrace. The harder thing to picture is who will open the front door on a Tuesday morning while you are still in another country.
That small question connects the order, measurements, estate agent and delivery date. You do not need to attend every step. You do need authorised access, a property that is ready and a plan agreed with you. From Guardamar, TODOMUEBLE can discuss coordination according to the order and the circumstances of your home.
The keys, the property and your flight have different calendars
The expected handover, the day the home can receive furniture and your next visit may fall on different dates. For a new build, a projected completion date may arrive before permission for suppliers to enter.
Separate those dates before booking delivery. Ask who can release the keys, whether the rooms and routes are ready for the work, and what you want prepared for your visit. Having a key does not itself establish permission to enter. The final appointment also depends on the selected products and agreed schedule.
The key holder does not have to make your decisions
An agent can facilitate a visit, a developer can confirm availability and a relative can open the door. These roles do not automatically include approving a different sofa or a change in price.
Identify the person who can approve order changes and the person who provides access. They may be the same, but do not assume it. Before sharing a contact, agree what that person is willing and authorised to coordinate. A question about an appointment should not turn into a commercial decision made without you.
The sofa’s journey starts outside the living room
A sofa may fit beside the window but present a problem on the staircase. A bed base can suit the bedroom and still need an access check for the lift.
Think through the unloading point, building entrance, stairs or lift, corridors and room door. Ask about required time slots and building work affecting the route. In an apartment the crucial detail may be a communal area; in a detached home it may be the approach from the road. A floor plan helps with layout but does not show everything about delivery. We can explain which specific measurement or photograph would help later.
One useful summary, not several versions of the plan
Details tend to spread across messages. A short, current summary should identify the exact property, authorised access contact, agreed furniture and room locations, confirmed appointment and remaining questions.
It need not be complicated. Everyone should be able to see what is agreed and what is provisional. Changes affecting the order go back to the person authorised to approve them.
Protect the time you want to spend here
Your next visit might include a morning in Guardamar, a walk beside the sea in Altea or another trip to a cove in Xàbia. The house is the starting point for those plans. Preparing choices beforehand leaves you able to decide what you genuinely want to see or try in person.
For Altea, Jávea/Xàbia, Benitatxell and other northern locations, we assess the project, distance and access individually before confirming coverage and delivery conditions from Guardamar.

What if the handover moves?
Tell us when the expected date changes, even without a replacement date. We can review what remains workable and what must wait. Storage may be considered where the order and planning allow it; duration and conditions must be agreed. Do not assume indefinite storage or immediate delivery when the keys arrive.
Separate essentials from items that can wait. If a bedroom is the priority for the first visit, make that clear while the proposal is being prepared.
A simple example
Imagine a two-bedroom apartment, an agent able to provide access and an owner arriving later. This is a planning example, not a customer case or a promised lead time.
The owner explains the rooms, priorities and approximate budget. Products and layout are reviewed, and outstanding measurements checked before dependent choices are confirmed. Once access is authorised, the property is ready and the order schedule confirmed, the appointment can be agreed. Product or price changes return to the owner or authorised representative. The benefit is knowing who should answer each question.
Still choosing the furniture?
Our furniture packages can provide a starting point, or you can ask about individual rooms. Check what is included, which options you selected and what still needs confirming. Transport, assembly, location and access conditions are specified for each order; unlisted services should not be assumed to be included.
Can my estate agent receive the furniture?
We can discuss it if you authorise the arrangement and the agent accepts that role. Agree whether they provide keys, open the door or handle access questions. This does not automatically authorise changes to the order.
Can delivery happen before I receive the keys?
Any visit requires permission and suitable access conditions. A property looking finished is not enough.
Do I need a plan to start?
No. Tell us the location, what needs furnishing and whether access is available or expected later. Plans and photographs are optional. From our physical shop in Guardamar, we can help clarify the options while you retain control of the decisions.
