Furniture packages reduce the number of separate choices by providing a coordinated starting composition for the living room, dining area and bedrooms. They are not a restriction: products, colours, fabrics, television options, terrace furniture and other catalogue alternatives can be discussed. Any change that affects the price is confirmed before the order.

A fully tailored proposal is also possible

Some properties need a room-by-room solution because of a narrow living room, an irregular wall, a specific bed size, a small terrace or a preferred style.

• Living and dining: sofas, sofa beds, TV units, sideboards, tables, chairs and occasional furniture.
• Bedrooms: beds, storage bases, headboards, bedside tables, chests, mattresses and guest rooms.

Storage and access can be coordinated

New-build handover dates can move and other trades may still be working. When the confirmed order and planning allow it, goods can be held in our warehouse until the agreed delivery point. This is not an unlimited or automatic storage promise. Delivery is scheduled once the property, access and assembly conditions are confirmed. With the owner’s authorisation, practical access can also be coordinated with an estate agent, developer, keyholder, property manager or representative.

Preparing the home around key handover

With enough notice, a completed property, authorised access and available products, furniture, appliances and coordinated air conditioning can be planned before or around key handover. The possible scope may include delivery, assembly, appliance placement and a final review. The actual plan depends on the property status, access calendar and confirmed order.
